My husband and I are looking for a sitter for our two young sons. As our boys are still pretty young, we would be most comfortable to put the boys to bed ourselves when the sitter arrives and then we would go out for the night. So our sitter really just needs to keep an ear out for the boys through the night while we are gone. Of course we would still want to know the boys get along and trust our sitter, so wed likely want to plan a short play date for everyone to meet so the boys know who is watching them.
