You will play an important role in helping students develop the knowledge, practical skills, professionalism, and confidence required to support the growth, development, and well‑being of young children.This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for education. The ideal candidate is an experienced early childhood educator with knowledge of current industry, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to mentor and inspire future professionals.What You'll DoDeliver engaging classroom and practical instruction in Early Childhood Education coursesFacilitate learning experiences that support child development, inclusive practices, play-based learning, curriculum planning, and positive guidance strategiesSupport students through coaching, mentorship, and academic guidanceEvaluate student knowledge and competencies through assignments, examinations, presentations, projects, and practical assessmentsMaintain accurate records of attendance, grades,
