Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.Your RoleYou will be responsible for:Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/ product offeringReview monthly financial statements and reconciliation packages prepared by the staffAct as a liaison with the client on matters relating to the preparation of the monthly reporting packageLeverage existing client relationship to secure new business,



offering our products and servicesWork in partnership with the Senior Vice President and Executive Management team to facilitate in presentations to existing and prospective clientsLiaise internally with key functional teams to ensure awareness of key client requirementsVisit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client prioritiesWork in partnership with other Vice Presidents, oversee the resolution of complex client issuesEnsure strong emphasis on escalation and complaints management within the team and within the departmentManage, train and coach assigned Managers in the successful running of their teamsReview departmental procedures and policies and supervise Managers to ensure adherence to these proceduresLead and initiate client video conference callsLiaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines; ensure delivery in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure continuous risk assessment of current and potential current funds under administrationIdentify issues/concerns and recommend company‑wide solutions for any/all high‑risk projectsEnsure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocationActively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management teamActively participate in departmental and company‑wide projectsAbout YouYou have 10+ years’ Experience in financial services industry, particularly with hedge funds and/or investment companiesYou have a University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accounting designation (CGA, CMA, CA, CPA or CFA).Extensive supervisory and managerial experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with offshore teamsProficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook Demonstrated financial reporting/ analytical/organizational skillsProven ability to work in a challenging, professional and deadline driven work environmentSalary RangeCAD 115,000 - CAD 155,000Our BenefitsYour well‑being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
