Our mining client is seeking a Project Lead, Record to Report (10+ years) to drive Finance SAP project activities using ERP and Record to Report processes

Join a large-scale ERP transformation initiative within a leading Canadian mining environment. This role supports the execution of Finance SAP project activities across Record to Report workstreams, partnering with ERP, Organizational Readiness, PMO, and Systems Integrator teams. The position provides visibility across business and technology stakeholders while supporting governance, transformation delivery, and enterprise-wide integration activities.

Temporary fultime (18 months), Vancouver, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite, Salary range of $138,000 - $170,000

Must Haves

- 10+ years in project management across business transformation , systems implementations , and corporate environments
- SAP expertise including data management or data governance
- Experience leading enterprise-wide programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Governance frameworks , risk management , budget management , and multi-workstream coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related discipline with CPA designation

Nice to Have

- PMP, PgMP, or PMI qualifications
- Experience working with Systems Integrators or management consultants
- Experience supporting operating model transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, risks,



and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with strategic objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across upstream, downstream, and lateral teams
- Support BO, GPO, and GDO activities related to governance, compliance, process management, and stakeholder coordination
- Manage execution against the Implementation Plan including RAID identification and resolution support
- Provide progress, financial, and key metric updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between RTR, business, IT, vendors, and project stakeholders
