Compensation

● Base Salary: CAD $70,000 – $80,000 / year + bonus (up to 10%)

Role Overview

A hands-on, floor-focused leadership role overseeing two restaurant outlets and a lounge at a high-volume luxury hotel, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage. Focused on tightening service execution and sequence of service, rolling out team training, and driving day-to-day operational excellence across all outlets.

Key Deliverables

- Service execution - lead and refine sequence of service across all outlets, staying hands-on in daily operations
- Team development - recruit, train, and roll out ongoing training to build a high-performing, guest-focused team
- Financial performance - manage outlet budgets across labor, productivity, revenue,



and expenses; support forecasting
- Guest experience - uphold LQA standards and drive continuous improvement in service quality
- Innovation & positioning - collaborate with culinary leadership on menus, promotions, and events that keep the dining experience competitive

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years in a senior management role within a luxury restaurant or hotel setting
- Proven track record driving revenue and hitting financial targets
- Solid understanding of LQA standards and service excellence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Avero, OpenTable, Opera, and Silverware
- ProServe certified; must be 18+ and legally able to serve alcohol in Alberta
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Legally eligible to work in Canada - no visa sponsorship available
