Our utilities client is seeking a Senior SAP System Analyst – Print Workbench to deliver technical designs and solutions for SAP Print Workbench and Billing areas on a bill redesign project ( Hybrid, Edmonton preferred; fully remote considered ) ( ).

Overview:

This role converts business requirements into technical designs, develops/configures billing and bill print solutions, refactors Print Workbench code, and supports the solution through all phases of testing and implementation, reporting to the Project Manager.

Must-Haves:

- 5+ years' experience in SAP S4 HANA ISU Print Workbench , performing design and development changes for complex utility billing
- Techno-functional expertise ; able to operate in both SAP functional and technical capacities
- Hands-on experience in ABAP Programming
- Hands-on experience in Business Objects / Data Modelling
- Diploma or Degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with CRM, FICA, Market Transaction, or DM/PM areas of SAP ISU

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and develop high-quality technical specifications
- Design, refactor, and develop Print Workbench and billing-related changes in SAP S4 HANA ISU
- Participate in testing processes related to the changes
- Support integrations between Print Workbench and core modules — Billing/Invoicing,



FICA, Device Management, and CRM
- Adhere to technical standards and guidelines
