We have more than 30,000 team members and decades of experience delivering environmentally friendly processes and client-focused service.ResponsibilitiesCultivate a culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration.Build robust relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear and transparent communication.Ensure that all service requirements are maintained as per the contract agreement.Adjust labor hours based on vacancy reports.Review monthly supply inventory and keep orders within budget.Resident manager reports directly to the Director of Ops.Present quarterly business reports to the client (PowerPoint).Investigate and enforce progressive disciplinary actions as necessary.Review and update job duty descriptions (Microsoft Word).Track periodic assignments using a chart format (Excel).Understand pricing and submit quotes for extra services.Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure quality levels are maintained and communicated to the client contact.Create work orders and submit to accounting for billing.Conduct periodic evening site audits to verify staffing levels, sign-in sheets,
