The Staff, iSTO Long Range Planning Engineer leads the integrated Shutdown, Turnaround, and Outage (iSTO) program for a designated CTCHO asset, developing and managing five-year turnaround and major maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets exceeding $100 million. As the iSTO lead for one of North Americas largest SAGD assets, Foster Creek or Christina Lake, this role drives long-range planning strategy, outage optimization, and execution readiness while leading continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve asset reliability, operational performance, and business results.
This position requires occasional travel to the Foster Creek site as business needs dictate.
