In this role, you’ll design complex injection molds using advanced 3D CAD software while working closely with Program Managers, Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver innovative tooling solutions for industry‑leading customers. If you enjoy technical problem‑solving, precision design, and seeing your work built on the shop floor, we’d love to hear from you.Why Join SyBridge?Competitive wage: $28.00–$40.00/hour, based on skills and experienceBenefits starting on Day OneOvertime paid after 40 hoursPension plan after one yearGreat work‑life balanceCareer growth and qualified developmentStable, full‑time employment with a growing global organizationWork on complex, high‑precision tooling for industry‑leading customersCollaborative team environment with experienced tooling professionalsWhat You’ll DoAs an Injection Mold Designer, you’ll develop complete 3D mold assemblies that support efficient manufacturing, exceptional quality, and reliable mold performance.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeDesign complete plastic injection molds using advanced 3D CAD assembly modelingBuild and maintain detailed mold assemblies that meet customer and internal design standardsCreate and release production‑ready CAD files and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Support active tooling programs from initial design through manufacturing and final releaseCollaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing to ensure designs are functional and manufacturableImplement engineering changes and provide design support for shop‑floor modificationsPresent tooling concepts and design intent to internal teams and customersPerform minor surfacing modifications, including insert updates and geometry revisionsEnsure designs comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and best practicesParticipate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Bring3+ years of injection mold design experienceStrong understanding of plastic injection mold construction and tooling principlesExperience designing complete 3D mold assemblies, including plates, actions, inserts, lifters, and related componentsProficiency with NX, CATIA, or other advanced 3D CAD softwareCATIA experience is preferred; training will be provided for candidates with strong assembly modeling experience in other CAD platformsAbility to interpret customer requirements and develop practical tooling solutionsExperience supporting manufacturing and implementing engineering changesBasic surfacing experience is considered an assetStrong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong communication, organizational,
