This is a current vacancy and we are looking for someone to oversee and manage financial reporting of our accounting department reporting to our SVP of Finance. Overview Role: Controller, Finance Team — responsible for financial reporting, accounting cycle management, and collaboration with external partners to ensure accurate and timely financial statements for Harlo entities. What You’ll Do Assisting with the full accounting cycle,



leading month end close process for several portfolio assets Oversee the preparation of working papers and coordination with external accounting firms, coordinate timelines for all engagements (review, notice to readers, T2 returns) for all Harlo entities Lead corporate reporting for parent company and holding company assets as well as legacy investment vehicles Act as IFRS/ASPE subject matter expert applying sound accounting principles/practices for all financial reports Maintaining consistent reporting and positive working relations with our partners, mortgage lenders, banks, financial partners, external accountants/auditors, and any government agencies, representing the company as needed Oversee the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements.
