Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French (Quebec dialect preferred)
• At least 2 years of contact center experience
• Proven experience in multi-channel support environments
• Familiarity with the veterinary or pet insurance field is a plus
• Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset
