As our Corporate Helicopter Pilot & Driver for Executive team/Owners, you will serve as the trusted operator of our Airbus AS350 B3 (AStar) throughout the flight season — covering a radius of 400 to 500 km around Montréal — and as a reliable, discreet chauffeur for our senior leadership team for the remainder of the year.This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced pilot who values flexibility, discretion, and a long-term professional partnership with a dynamic, engaged company.Key ResponsibilitiesHelicopter Operations — Estimated from May to OctoberSafely operate the Airbus AS350 B3 (AStar) for executive and company missions within a 400–500 km radius of MontréalCo-pilot alongside the company owner, fostering a collaborative and professional flight environmentProvide in-flight mentorship and training to pilots (Owner's grandson)



building flight hoursConduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, safety checks, and coordinate maintenance as requiredFile flight plans, monitor weather conditions, and manage all flight documentation in full compliance with Transport Canada regulationsRemain on-call 7 days a week throughout the summer season, with flexibility for short-notice departures (no night flights required)Maintain currency of all licenses, ratings, and medical certifications at all timesThis position may be structured as a shared pilot arrangement, with two pilots covering operational requirements.Executive Driver — Estimated from November to AprilProvide professional and discreet ground transportation for executive and ownershipOperate company vehicles safely and in full compliance with Quebec traffic regulationsManage scheduling, route planning, and logistics for executive travel needsMaintain cleanliness, upkeep, and operational readiness of all assigned company vehiclesRepresent the company with the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityQualificationsQualifications & RequirementsRequiredValid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter (CPL-H) or ATPL-HExtensive experience on the Airbus AS350 B3 (AStar) — type rating requiredValid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical CertificateMinimum experience requirements are; 3,000 hours total helicopter time of which 1,500 hours are on turbine helicopters,



and 100 hours on make and model and no lossesProven experience as pilot-in-command and/or co-pilot for executive or charter operationsDemonstrated ability to provide flight training and mentoring to lower-hour pilotsValid Québec driver's license (Class 5 minimum) with a clean driving recordFluent in English (working language); French is a solid assetPreferredIFR rating or instrument flight experienceExperience with cross-country navigation in Québec and Eastern Canada airspacePrior experience in a high-discretion, executive-facing or VIP roleFamiliarity with Montréal-area airspace, aerodromes, and regional geography within a 500 km rangeYour Profile & SkillsYou are a seasoned aviation professional who brings exceptional judgment, composure under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
