What youll do

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders,



    highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with financial forecasts and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, manage resources, and report on project metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or government-related environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Robust understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools,



    such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in the public sector or with government agencies.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards relevant to government projects.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
