A well-established public practice firm in Vancouver is seeking aSenior Tax Manager or Principalto lead and build its tax function. This role is suited for an experienced tax qualified looking forownership, influence, and a defined path to Partnerwithin a stable, growing firm.The Role:You will take responsibility forbuilding and leading the firm's tax department. This includes setting structure, processes, and standards, as well as growing the team over time. You will work closely with the existing partners and have discretion in how the tax practice is developed and scaled.
