Drive success as a Client Relationship Manager in Commercial Agriculture Banking located in Edmonton, Alberta. This role focuses on optimizing client relationships through strategic sales efforts and diligent compliance practices.

As a vital part of the Canadian Agriculture Banking team, you will oversee relationship management while executing sales strategies for both credit and non-credit products. You'll leverage your knowledge of financial products and insights from the market to cultivate effective customer engagement and retention strategies. Effective communication and risk management will be key in ensuring the growth of the assigned portfolio and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement marketing strategies for business development • Conduct client follow-ups and maintain sales pipeline • Complete credit reviews for up to $25MM authorizations • Ensure timely onboarding and service for clients • Build relations within the local business community

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field • Minimum three to four years relevant experience • Robust analytical and communication abilities • In-depth knowledge of commercial banking services • Networking and negotiation expertise
