À propos du rôleEn tant que directeur.trice associé.e en technologie, tu joueras un rôle de leadership à la fois humain, tactique et stratégique au sein de l’organisation. Tu seras responsable d’un ensemble couvrant plusieurs équipes, domaines technologiques ou mandats transverses importants au sein du studio et d’Activision. Tu contribueras activement à définir la direction technologique d’un ensemble de secteurs, à aligner les priorités avec les objectifs d’affaires, et à soutenir la croissance des gestionnaires et des équipes sous ta responsabilité. Dans ce rôle, tu assureras l’évolution de dossiers technologiques majeurs dans un contexte multidisciplinaire, incluant notamment le moteur de jeu, les outils, l’automatisation, etc. Tu travailleras étroitement avec les autres leaders du studio, les équipes partenaires d’Activision ainsi que des collaborateurs externes afin d’aligner les feuilles de route et de faire progresser la technologie au service des jeux. Tu agiras également comme ambassadeur.trice de la vision technologique, en favorisant l’alignement inter équipes, la qualité d’exécution, le développement des talents et l’évolution des pratiques de gestion et d’ingénierie. Tu joueras également un rôle clé en tant que gestionnaire de haut niveau au sein de l’équipe de leadership du bureau de Montréal afin de contribuer à son évolution et positionnement. Ce poste est basé dans nos bureaux de Montréal et suit un mode de travail en présentiel de quatre jours par semaine. Les modalités de travail peuvent évoluer en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.
About the RoleAs an Associate Director of Technology, you will play a leadership role spanning people, tactical execution, and strategy within the organization. You will be responsible for a scope covering multiple teams, technology domains, or major cross-functional mandates within the studio and Activision. You will actively contribute to defining the technological direction across several areas, aligning priorities with business objectives, and supporting the growth of the managers and teams under your responsibility. In this role, you will oversee the evolution of major technology initiatives in a multidisciplinary environment, including the game engine, tools, automation, and more. You will work closely with other studio leaders, Activision partner teams, and external collaborators to align roadmaps and advance technology in service of our games. You will also act as an ambassador for the technology vision by fostering cross-team alignment, execution quality, talent development, and the evolution of management and engineering practices. You will also play a key role as a senior manager within the Montreal leadership team, contributing to its evolution and positioning. This position is based in our Montreal office and follows an in-office work model of four days per week. Working arrangements may evolve based on business needs.
