Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Field Manager, HVAC at Enercare Inc., located in Toronto, ON. The Field Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and quality HVAC services. Responsibilities include managing field technicians, developing and implementing improvement strategies, coordinating project tasks, addressing customer concerns,



and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Field Manager will also monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and foster a productive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Gas License and 313‑D qualification.


• Strong Project Management and Team Leadership skills


• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Familiarity with HVAC systems and industry standards.


• Previous leadership experience in a similar field role is an asset
