Overview GROVES MEMORIAL COMMUNITY HOSPTIAL Job: OB Locum Location: Fergus, ON (20 minutes north of Guelph) Our group of nine committed, supportive family physicians is looking for a June 2025-May 2026 locum physician to join us in the provision of low-risk obstetrical and neonatal care at Groves Memorial Community Hospital (GMCH) in Fergus, ON. Nestled between the communities of Elora and Fergus is the current 152,000 sq ft. Groves Memorial Community Hospital that backs on to the Elora Cataract Trailway and offers a modern, bright, healing environment. Our brand-new hospital is a 44-bed acute care facility (with the ability to surge to 50 beds) has two state-of-the-art operating rooms, three L&D rooms, CT scanner and 24-7 emergency department. GMCH has approximately 600 births/year between our family medicine group, local midwifery teams and scheduled cesarian sections.
