Overview Join to apply for the Senior Product Manager, Legal role at ClioClio is a global leader transforming the legal experience for all by improving the lives of legal professionals and increasing access to justice. This role is based out of one of our Canadian hubs (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto) in a hybrid capacity if you are near an office, or remote in the US.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Legal to join our Clio Work Team.What you will work on Product Leadership + Execution: In collaboration with your Developer and Designer counterparts, drive outcomes for customers. Build products and features that improve customers workflows. Establish key outcomes and metrics to drive vision and mission. Operate in a rapidly changing environment.Cutting edge technology: Envision how to leverage AI to radically improve the practice of law.Strategy and Prioritization: Drive customer and market research, identify opportunities in the Clio Work space, develop unbiased business cases, determine priorities with significant impact for customers and the business. Build conviction in initiatives and pivot when priorities change or new information arises.Market and Customer Understanding: Develop strong relationships with customers (existing, churned, and prospective) and maintain a deep understanding of the markets in which we operate.Systems Integration: Drive the unification of horizontal workflows in partnership with Engineering.Partnerships: Act as the product liaison for partnerships,
focusing on technical complexities and user experience for integrating third-party services.What you bring Proven track record of independently taking multiple products or features from ideation to successful launch.Robust record of meaningful accomplishments, including outside traditional work experience.Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, resourceful,and ownership-driven.Curiosity and self-reliance; able to navigate ambiguity independently.Holistic thinking about product, from user experience to pricing and internal tooling.Systems thinking to connect workflows, tools, customer needs, and business outcomes.Ability to design and document key workflows, especially where documents and structured processes are involved.Willingness to thrive in stretch roles and take on more senior responsibilities.Bonus points if you have Founder or Co-Founder experience.Legal expertise or experience in the legal industry.Experience with other judicial solutions that complement legal subject matter expertise.Document/Content generation experience using AI.Knowledge of document standards, especially in the legal industry (e.G.,
ISO).Successfully launched products in global markets.A track record of learning from failures and applying those learnings.Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Track record of breaking down objectives into initiatives and delivering at scale.Demonstrable experience self-serving answers, insights, and data from various analytics tools.What you will find here Compensation is a key component of Clio's Total Rewards Program. The final offer depends on experience and skill.
