Provide guidance to stakeholders as neededProduce an overall project schedule, highlighting critical path activities.



Enforce schedule deadlines throughout the projectAssist with design coordination as neededReview and approve shop drawings and RFI'sIdentify and mitigate project risk continuouslyProcure sub-trades, vendors, materials and equipment in accordance with the project documentsManage large equipment delivery logistics, including hoisting plans, or ensure that it is done by othersAttend project meetings as requiredDepending on the size of the project, lead the Revit team or BIM Manager to produce fabrication drawings and pre-fabrication designs and drawingsManage and track all financial aspects of the project and regularly report back to the Ownership Group on financial performanceManage and oversee sub-trades to ensure their scope of work is in line with the project documents, schedule and QAQC programManage project manpower needs in conjunction with the ForemanProduce and submit monthly progress drawsManage the development and preparation of operational & maintenance manuals, and owner training requirementsCoordinate with the Mechanical ForemanSubmit quotations for any additional work or changesCoordinate any site instructions or changesBe responsible for communicating Site Instructions to the Foreman (if there is no Mechanical Superintendent on the project)Be responsible for the coordination of the Drawings including any and all changes to the contract drawings. Drawing must be maintained in a manner that the intended changes can be comprehended by all onsite staffMonitor job costing and prepare reports for review by the Ownership GroupProvide direction to the Project CoordinatorCollaborate with other departments (HR, Accounting)



to ensure that assigned projects are completed on time and within budgetParticipate in industry-specific training programs as required to build knowledge and skillsPerform other duties as required.Skills & Requirements Able to lead by exampleStrong interpersonal skillsAble to multi-task and prioritizeDetail-orientedExtremely organizedPro-active and reliableAble to self-manage continuous learning and skill developmentProficient with modern technologiesTeam player (ability to maintain valuable working relationships with other personnel, including PMP employees, contractors, sub-trades, and others)Strong work ethicDeadline-drivenMust be approachableMust have strong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluent in EnglishMust be legally entitled to work in CanadaMust have Canadian experience as a Project Manager in the Plumbing/Mechanical industryEducation & Experience 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably in large-scale projects.Formal training in plumbing would be considered a strong asset.Formal education in Project Management would be considered an asset.Additional Skills Proficiency in Bluebeam.Proficiency in Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with AutoDesk, Trimble, and Procore products is considered an asset.Work Conditions This is a full-time position.Overtime as required.Walking through uneven grounds on construction sites.Navigating around obstacles on construction sites.Who are you?
