LE Construction & Maintenance is seeking a Level 2 Grounds Maintenance Crew Technician to assist across multiple commercial properties in Calgary. You will use equipment like the Hustler mower, apply hard-surface herbicide, and manage a company truck. This position is ideal for someone experienced in grounds maintenance who can work independently and take on leadership roles as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Float between crews and sites as required
• Operate Hustler walk-behind mower efficiently




• Apply hard-surface herbicide with certification
• Drive company trucks and tow trailers
• Log hours and tasks accurately in LMN
Requirements:
• Hands-on grounds maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license; trailer experience is an asset
• Ability to work unsupervised and lead when needed
• Willingness to learn LMN and other apps
• Reliable with solid attention to safety
