Responsibilities

- Lead daily crop scouting and issue reporting identifying pest, disease, irrigation, and environmental risks early; ensure accurate documentation and timely escalation to the Supervisor.
- Execute and coordinate the IPM spray program according to established schedules and Supervisor direction, ensuring proper application, product handling, and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor climate, irrigation, and IPM performance flagging deviations from targets and providing informed recommendations to the Supervisor for review and approval.
- Support the development and refinement of irrigation strategies by executing trials, collecting data, and providing feedback on performance across rooms and zones.
- Implement irrigation strategies and setpoints as directed, ensuring consistency in execution (shot size, frequency, dryback targets) and highlighting any operational challenges.
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports summarizing KPIs, observed issues, actions taken, and recommended adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and identify inconsistencies in BMS and irrigation systems,



escalating technical issues and collaborating with maintenance or leadership for resolution.
- Maintain accurate tracking and data entry for Climate, Irrigation, and IPM KPIs, ensuring data integrity to support decision-making.
- Coordinate and execute labor plans for IPM, irrigation, and climate-related activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and aligned with Supervisor priorities.
- Collaborate with cultivation team to ensure alignment between environmental execution and crop steering objectives.
- Support SOP implementation and adherence, ensuring day-to-day activities follow established standards and flagging gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Provide continuous feedback to the Supervisor on system performance, risks, and opportunities to improve yield, quality, and consistency.
- Other duties as required.

Requirements

- Experience with irrigation or fertigation systems in cannabis or horticulture settings.
- Technically minded with basic knowledge of climate control systems (e.g., Priva, Argus).
- Experience with Integrated Pest Management (IPM), including crop scouting and spray programs.
- Strong understanding of plant health, pest, disease, and environmental monitoring.




- Detail-oriented and data-driven; proficient in Excel and digital tracking.
- Physically able and comfortable working around tanks, lines, and in greenhouse conditions.
- Pesticide Applicator Certificate or willingness to obtain (required).
- Spanishproficiencyis an asset.

- Base salary of $50K–$55K.
- Annual performance bonus of up to 10%.
