Role: Mobile QA / Automation Engineer

Location: Canada – Remote – PST Hours

Job description:

Responsibilities

1. Perform manual and automated testing for iOS and Android mobile applications.
2. Develop, maintain, and execute mobile automation scripts using Appium.
3. Validate mobile application functionality, integrations, and end-to-end user workflows.
4. Perform testing across multiple devices, operating systems, and environments using cloud-based testing platforms such as LambdaTest.
5. Test mobile applications leveraging Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Loyalty Management (SFLM), and microservices architecture.
6. Validate API integrations, data flows, and backend services supporting mobile applications.
7. Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test scenarios.
8. Collaborate with developers, product owners,



and QA teams to identify defects and improve application quality.
9. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement of mobile testing processes.

Requirements

1. 3–6+ years of experience in mobile QA testing and automation.
2. Strong experience testing native iOS and Android applications.
3. Hands-on experience with Appium mobile automation framework.
4. Experience with mobile testing platforms such as LambdaTest.
5. Experience validating REST APIs and backend integrations.
6. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Loyalty Management (SFLM), and microservices-based applications.
7. Solid understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies.
8. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience testing Salesforce-powered mobile applications.
2. Familiarity with loyalty platforms and customer engagement solutions.
3. Experience with API automation and backend service validation.
4. Experience with CI/CD integration for mobile automation.
5. Knowledge of retail or eCommerce mobile applications.
