What You'll Do

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of a major concrete high-rise project by:

- Coordinating daily site activities alongside trades and subcontractors
- Helping keep construction on schedule while maintaining quality standards
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Assisting with site logistics, planning,



and problem-solving
- Promoting a safe, organized, and productive job site
- Working closely with an experienced construction leadership team while developing your own leadership skills
