Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have:Develop the program plan taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages with other programs and projects, ensuring consistency with the promoter's vision and business objectives; Ensure the delivery of expected results and the realization of business perks in collaboration with project managers and contribution managers, in compliance with costs, deadlines and agreed agreements; Coordinate multiple project managers and contributors to maintain an integrated view of work, dependencies, and risks; Functionally supervise the internal and external contributors involved in the realization of the program; Manage strategic partners and suppliers and monitor their performance; Analyze risks, impacts and mitigation strategies taking into account organizational, technological, human and operational dimensions; Lead the proactive management of strategic, organizational and governance issues and recommend appropriate solutions to decision‐making bodies; Produce the accountability and progress status of the program to the sponsor, the steering committee and other decision‐making bodies; Advise management and senior management to support decision‐making and the achievement of program objectives; Lead one or more complex initiatives simultaneously with project managers under his/her supervision.Maintain a consistent focus on results, business value creation and risk management; This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers,
and colleagues across Canada.French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.The profile you are looking for is as follows:Have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in managing large-scale projects, programs or strategic transformations; Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and organizational issues; Experience in supervising project managers and coordinating multidisciplinary teams; Master the management of suppliers and strategic partners; Demonstrate significant experience in contexts with high executive visibility requiring high‐level stakeholder management; Perform straightening, stabilizing or repositioning complex programs (an asset); Scale in large‐scale agile environments in large organizations; Manage strategic programs representing annual investments in excess of $20 million; Hold a PMP certification; Have a SAFe certification (an asset); Hold a PgMP, MSP or equivalent certification (a major asset); Mobilizing multidisciplinary teams in complex and changing contexts; Provide influential leadership to executive‐level stakeholders; Plan and orchestrate multiple interrelated initiatives simultaneously; Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills; Demonstrate excellent strategic and political judgment; Develop effective approaches to negotiation, listening and conflict resolution; Act with autonomy, proactivity, rigor and a strong sense of priorities; Maintain a consistent focus on results, business value creation and risk management; #J-18808-Ljbffr
