As an Urban Beekeeper at Alvéole, you will work independently, managing honey bee hives on a three-week service cycle. Your responsibilities include installing hives, conducting inspections, and ensuring colony health. Youll also lead workshops, engage with clients, and harvest honey while recording data digitally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain honey bee hives at client locations
• Install new hives and necessary equipment
• Conduct routine hive inspections and maintenance
• Harvest honey and manage final product delivery
• Facilitate educational workshops on bees
Requirements:
• Hands-on beekeeping experience is a must
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Robust organizational skills for record-keeping
• Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
