What you’ll do

• Oversee the product strategy for advanced systems that manage critical functions such as pricing, billing, contracting, and compliance, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
• Design comprehensive user journeys for AI‑enhanced workflows, prioritizing high‑quality user experiences and making iterative enhancements based on user insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure a balance between system reliability and customer satisfaction while effectively launching new features.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure efficiency, user adoption rates, and accuracy of the automation tools.
• Work in partnership with the Solutions and Customer Success teams to gather and analyze user feedback, aiding in onboarding processes and identifying potential automation opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings,

• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to align stakeholders on product vision, updates, and timelines, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management or Design, specifically within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer platforms.
• Demonstrated success in launching AI‑driven features into production, with a focus on building user trust and enhancing user experience.
• Strong design sensibility, with an emphasis on interaction design and user experience rather than solely on documentation.
• Proven ability to excel in a startup atmosphere, showcasing ownership, agility, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to technical teams, customers, and marketing departments.
• Experience in agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools.

Practical notes

• The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
