The individual will also be responsible for completing obligations under Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA's) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The successful candidate must be able to travel and complete tasks at various project sites throughout the US region.



Experience with BESS or renewable power generation equipment in a service setting is required.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Senior Service and Service Technicians during daily/weekly tasksCoordinate Senior Service and Service Technicians to attend sites to complete tasks as necessaryCommission CSI Energy Storage's Solbank Storage Power BlockPerform preventative and corrective maintenance of SPBs to adhere to warranty requirementsFulfill obligations for BESS equipment under LTSA's, which may include: Energy Storage Cabinets (ESC's), Power Conversion Stations (PCS), Ring Main Units (RMU's) / Switchgear, Transformers and SCADA and networking devicesProvide onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands‐on support to maintain equipment and achieve availability and capacity guarantees.Oversee and supervise subcontractors on site where requiredAssist in developing standard operating procedures and processesComplete work order documentation in a timely mannerPerform proper LOTO and switching procedures as requiredRequired Qualifications And SkillsEducational background in Electrical Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in a service environment, preferably in renewable energyMinimum 1 year in a Team Leader/Supervisor roleKnowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast‐paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentalityPrevious experience with a CMMS software program is preferredA calm and steady presence under pressure who can juggle shifting demands without losing composure or professionalismEqual Opportunity Employere-STORAGE is Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
