What you’ll do
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with Dailypay's business objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing, to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales enablement materials and ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, that highlights Dailypay's value proposition and thought leadership.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote Dailypay's services and network with potential clients.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for marketing innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
