Position Summary

Build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps Regina running. As an Equipment Operator IV, you will operate advanced heavy equipment on water and sewer construction projects while helping ensure protected, efficient, and reliable service for our community. This role is ideal for a skilled operator who takes pride in safety, teamwork, equipment care, and delivering quality work in challenging field environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment with a strong focus on safety


• Knowledge of water and sewer construction practices and equipment maintenance


• Ability to read construction drawings and follow specifications and procedures


• Leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and support team members
