and maintaining stationary equipment. This is a full‑time hourly position that offers an attractive 4x4 schedule consisting of days and nights or straight days.The position is site-based at our operations in the Elk Valley, and the ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Sparwood, B.C is necessary.In this role you willParticipate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policiesIn certain components of this role, it is mandatory to wear a respirator which requires an interference free sealWork closely with all other trades to acquire the highest availability and reliability of our equipment and fleetsInstall, inspect and repair of mechanical and hydraulic componentsMaintain and service the processing plant’s stationary equipment including, pumps, gearboxes, chain-drive, conveyors, belts, hydraulics, and pneumaticsRequirementsValid Interprovincial Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) CertificationValid driver's licensePrevious mining experience is an assetComfortable working in an outdoor setting in all weather conditionsBenefitsTwo Annual Performance BonusesTrades Retention BonusHealth Lifestyle
