What youll do

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with Condoauthorityontarios mission and objectives, ensuring they meet the needs of condominium owners and residents.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key areas for improvement and innovation within the condominium sector.
• Engage with government officials, industry stakeholders, and community organizations to advocate for policies that benefit condominium governance and management.
• Analyze market trends and legislative changes to provide informed recommendations to the executive team.

• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights into best practices within the condominium sector.

• Represent Condoauthorityontario at industry conferences, workshops, and public forums to promote our initiatives and gather feedback from the community.
• Stay informed about national and provincial trends affecting the condominium sector, ensuring that Condoauthorityontario remains a leader in the industry.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic advisory or leadership role, preferably within the public sector or condominium industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and improvement.
• Strong understanding of condominium governance, regulations, and best practices in Ontario.
