This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless daily operations—from assisting customers and processing orders to maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating shipments.*RESPONSIBILITIES ** Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and email with professionalism and technical expertise* Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, pricing, availability, and alternative solutions* Present alternatives and solutions considering pricing, specifications, compatibility,



and availability* Provide reliable updates on product availability, shipment status, and delivery timelines* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve issues* Help maintain an organized, stocked, and professional counter & storefront area* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers* Support with shipping, receiving, inventory counts and maintain accurate system information* Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional branch presence* Perform other branch and counter-related duties as assigned*QUALIFICATIONS ** 2+ years of experience in Industrial MRO, fasteners, components, or related environment is required* Strong customer service skills with a professional, positive attitude* Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools would be an asset* Explicit and effective communication skills* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously* Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy* Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team* Honest, dependable, and punctual with a proactive work ethic* Capable of following written instructions, safety procedures, and documented processes* Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), and ERP/order entry systems* Working knowledge of business math including pricing, measurements, ratios, etcPay: $45,000.00-$58,000.
