Are you experienced in leading large-scale social media platform implementations?

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a high-visibility social media enablement project


• Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones


• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans


• Drive change management strategies to promote user adoption and platform engagement


• Collaborate daily with internal teams, including Compliance, Marketing, and Platform Support


• Prepare and present executive status reports and governance documentation


• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels


• Support adherence to regulatory and corporate compliance standards in social media activity


• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or risks that arise

Desired Skill-Set

• 5-7 years of large-scale program or project management experience


• Proven experience with platform migration or system implementation initiatives


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills






• Expertise in change management and user adoption strategiesExcellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environments


• Ability to prepare high-quality reports and governance documentation


• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach


• Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms

Nice to Have

• PMP certification


• Experience in financial services or regulated environments


• Prior involvement with social media enablement tools or strategic digital marketing initiatives
