As a Rental Counterperson,you’llbea key teammember,helping to keep our operations running smoothly and our clients coming back for more.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

• Be theface of ourbranchby engagingwith customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with a professional attitude.


• Coordinateequipment rentals, deliveries, and returns with precision and care by preparing paperwork and contracts fordeliveries,updating internal product spreadsheets and any other product tracking systems.


• Assistwith loading and unloading customerpick-upswhilekeepingour product shelves stocked and ready.


• Collaborate seamlessly with your colleagues to create a supportive and effective work environment.


• Wrap up each day by checking invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy, and balancing funds.


• Act as a trusted team member by opening and closing the branch when needed.


• Keep a keen eye on our rental equipment and saleable goods, ensuring we always have what our customers need when they need it.


• Follow all workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices, making sure everyone stays safe.

What Were Looking For

• ComputerSkills: Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel.) Experience with Systematics would be an asset.


• IndustrialKnowledge: Familiarity withIndustrial/constructionequipment and building products.


• Customer Service Oriented: Excellent communication skills and a knack for making customers feel valued.


• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
