S&R; Seniors Living is seeking a Wellness and Care Planning Nurse to support the Director of Wellness in maintaining resident wellness goals, health records, and compliance, while handling medication administration and coordination with Ontario Health at Home and local physicians.

This 3-day-per-week, in office role emphasizes resident-centred care, team collaboration, and safety, with opportunities to contribute to care planning and continuous quality improvement within the home.
