Dawson Dental East York is seeking an experienced, surgically focused General Practitioner or Oral Surgeon to join our busy, well‑established practice on a specialty insourcing basis. This role is suitable for a clinically focused Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon or an experienced surgically focused General Dentist, and involves a high volume of extractions—including surgical and non‑surgical, clearances, and third molars—along with implant placement and restoration. Our practice holds permits for nitrous and oral sedation. We have a strong internal referral network with a GP team committed to keeping treatment in‑house. Existing implant workflow is in place with a high volume of cases. Flexible scheduling, including potential Saturday availability, is offered. Schedule one day per month to start (versatile on day of week, Saturdays available). Potential to grow into dedicated monthly consultation and surgical days.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon or experienced surgically focused General Dentist.
Comfortable with complex surgical extractions, impacted third molars, and implant placement.
Ability to restore implants is a strong asset.
Positive, collaborative personality with a great attitude and strong team fit.
Interested in building a long‑term recurring surgical program.
Note: This role is not open to new graduates.
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
Valid CPR certification.
