Who is GCM Consultants?
We are a local engineering firm that has been helping customers in all industries with engineering, operations and maintenance since 1994. We measure our success by the continuity of our work with all our clients. We're always on the lookout for new projects that push the boundaries of creativity.
Daily tasks include:
- Weekly review of expenses and time sheets.
- Opening projects in “service proposal” mode.
- Transferring mandates to billable status, updating budgets and controlling client authorizations (PO).
- Following up on project administrative files.
- Tracking and closure of current mandates.
- Monthly billing.
- Verification and adjustment of employee expense accounts
- Miscellaneous: mailings, filings.
Requirements:.
- Technical college degree in accounting or the equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Microsoft Dynamics GP (an asset).
- Fluency in French and English required occasionally since the person will collaborate with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec, both written and oral.
