This role is suited for someone with strong hands-on Appian platform experience and the ability to design, build, and support enterprise applications across the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Appian.


• Build scalable record-centric applications following Appian best practices.


• Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.


• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.


• Lead design discussions and perform code reviews.


• Support releases and deployments across multiple environments.

What We Are Looking For

• 6-8 years of total qualified experience.






• Experience building SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.


• Ability to translate business requirements into clean technical designs.


• Experience supporting releases and deployments across multiple environments.

Nice to Have

• Ability to lead small development teams and own assigned delivery modules.


• Experience mentoring junior developers on Appian best practices and design standards.


• Experience coordinating with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
