COMPENSATION $19-25/hr depending on experience and responsibility, plus weekly bonus incentives and tips from clients on top.

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid driver s license and full time access to a reliable vehicle




- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some hands-on work experience is a bonus - but not required (we train you)
- Full-time commitment: 40-50 hours per week during the season
- Solid communication skills
- Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable above all else

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day
- Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner
- Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem-solving on site
- Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites
- Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses
