Proscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Lead Hand to join our dedicated team in the western GTA. This role is perfect for someone with 3 to 5+ years in high-end residential or commercial landscape design-build. You will be responsible for mentoring your crew, executing detailed construction plans, and maintaining high-quality standards across luxury sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a crew in luxury landscape installations
• Read and execute construction drawings accurately




• Perform site tasks including stonework and excavation
• Operate various equipment safely and effectively
• Coach crew on protected practices and quality work
Requirements:
• 3 to 5+ years in landscape design-build
• Ability to lead and motivate a small crew
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques
• Valid G license and clean driving record
• Physical capability for outdoor work
