and best practices to ensure that Broccolini remains compliant and competitive in the market.Organize and facilitate safety training sessions and workshops for employees, enhancing their understanding of health and safety practices.Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external stakeholders regarding health, safety, and environmental matters.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of HSE initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness in the event of an incident.Foster a culture of accountability and safety awareness among all employees, encouraging them to take ownership of their health and safety responsibilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors.Strong knowledge of local, provincial, and federal health and safety regulations and standards.Proven experience in conducting safety audits, inspections,
