As a Salad and Sandwich Maker, you will be instrumental in preparing quality food for our staff in a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation. Your role includes efficiently making high-volume salad and sandwich items while adhering to food sanitation standards. You'll also manage food storage and minimize waste to maintain the Lodge's kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare salad bar items and specialty sandwiches
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dishware
• Stock all food serving areas while monitoring quality
• Handle the daily preparation and serving of sandwiches and salads
• Assist in various kitchen tasks during production
Requirements:
• Valid food safety certificate required
• 1 year of experience as a Salad/Sandwich Maker
• Solid interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Excellent prioritization and efficiency skills
