With access to more than 300 patients actively seeking care, you can build your practice rapidly. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care to patients through in-person or virtual visits
• Collaborate within a team of family physicians and support staff

Requirements:
• CPSO independent practice license or eligibility required
• Preferred certification in Family Medicine (CCFP)
