Reporting to the Director, this on-site position focuses on upholding Brookfield’s HSSE standards through effective coaching and compliance monitoring. Engage with operations teams to implement best practices and evaluate regulatory compliance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage HSSE compliance initiatives
• Conduct audits and oversee incident investigations
• Create and provide HSSE training to various teams
• Analyze compliance performance and propose actions
• Maintain and update regional risk assessments regularly
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of progressive HSSE experience in relevant settings
• Degree or diploma in Environmental Science or related fields
• Knowledge of provincial and federal HSSE regulations
• Proven auditing and performance evaluation skills
• Robust organizational and communication abilities
