DescriptionYork Solutions is hiring a UX Engineer on a contract‑to‑hire basis, in a remote capacity.Role: UX EngineerLocation: Anywhere in IndiaHourly Rate: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (depends on experience)Required Qualifications- Proven experience as a UX Designer on enterprise‑scale platforms or products.- Strong skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping (balanced across all three).- Hands‑on experience with Figma and standardized enterprise design systems.- Ability to work effectively with distributed, offshore engineering teams.- Experience operating within regulated or compliance‑driven environments.Responsibilities- Lead UX research to understand user needs and workflows for contract analysis and sales support.- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to define end‑to‑end experiences.- Collaborate closely with product, engineering,
