If you're someone who thrives in a team environment and doesn't shy away from a positive challenge, join us!The role will be required to successfully pass Site Access Security Clearance (CSIS Level 1).JOB SUMMARY:The Consultant, Nuclear Management System is accountable to provide leadership, strategic consultation, and program-level oversight to support the development, integration, and governance of SaskPower's nuclear management system.As a member of SaskPower's management team, this position is responsible to research, develop, recommend, and implement management system frameworks, processes, and governance structures that ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, operational needs, and corporate objectives.The role acts as the primary internal advisor on management system design, implementation, and performance, ensuring consistency, integration, and readiness across multiple functional areas in support of nuclear development initiatives.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Provide strategic and confidential consultation and advice on a broad range of multiple functions, while providing creative solutions to the organization related to the management and day-to-day operations of the organizationDevelop, maintain, and apply knowledge of applicable federal nuclear regulations, codes,



and standards to ensure the management system is compliant, fit-for-purpose and regulator readyLead and participate in projects identifying current and future business needs, industry best practices, opportunities and challenges of the organization or department(s); providing recommendations and executing operational improvements to methods, systems and procedures that impact SaskPower's operations and peopleLead and participate in cross-functional work teams, strategic planning initiatives, workshops and meetings in order to develop innovative and practical business solutionsDevelop, organize and deliver presentations, reports and briefings for internal and external audiencesDrive and facilitate change, including making change happen throughout the organization through the implementation of strategic projects or initiativesDevelop and maintain strategic networks and business relationships both internal and external to SaskPower in order to foster a positive and productive work environmentProvide leadership and direction to project teams, corporate programs and/or assigned staff as requiredOther related duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Policy,
