What you'll do
- Act as the main liaison for customers to document requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Conduct thorough business discovery sessions to provide recommendations that improve operational outcomes.
- Manage data integrity, security, and quality across customer databases.
- Oversee communication between project stakeholders and validate implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and maintain training databases to reflect product updates.
- Advise clients on change management strategies and user readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks, manage timelines, and resolve project delays.
- Test and document new service offerings while maintaining deep knowledge of the product suite.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
- Post-secondary education in a business or technology field is preferred.
- Experience in a consulting capacity, including workflow analysis and delivering operational recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple project teams and competing milestones simultaneously.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of taking accountability for project delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
