Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for dynamic, hardworking Commercial HVAC Journeyperson (313A) to join our Mechanical Projectsteam for work in Brampton and across the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of various HVAC equipment including: Packaged RTU, MUA Units, Cooling Towers, Ductless Splits, Chillers, Boilers


• Test HVAC equipment components and connections for issues


• Observe and test system operation using gauges and test instruments and make necessary adjustments to ensure protected and reliable system operations


• Estimate, order and install materials required to successfully complete project scope of work


• Keep accurate records of installation and commissioning reports


• Work with the service team assisting with service calls and maintenances as required

Requirements:

• 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required


• GT2Gas Technician license required, (GT1 preferred) and ODP certification


• Brazing Certification (TSSA)


• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as an HVAC Journeyperson/ Apprentice with experience in commercial & industrial environments


• Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and consistent verbal communication and detailed written reporting


• Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset


• Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy


• Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Mechanical and electrical skills;Computer aptitude
