• Process Pool fund trades within specified SLAs

• Respond to trade queries from internal and external partners

Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and French required
• At least 1 year experience in Financial Services
• Knowledge of Canadian Securities Course or IFIC Operations is an asset
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
